Corporate Social Responsibility in Sport organisations
Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na společenskou odpovědnost ve sportovních organizacích. Cílem práce bylo odhalit jaké jsou motivace, které vedou sportovní organizace ke společenské odpovědnosti, jaké mohou být překážky a náměty na uskutečnění. Na základě analýzy českého a zahraničního prostředí, byla navržena doporučení k zefektivnění společenské odpovědnosti na domácí scéně.
Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis I focus on social responsibility in sports organizations. The aim of the work was to reveal what are the motivations that lead sports organizations to social responsibility, what can be obstacles and ideas for implementation. Based on the analysis of the Czech and foreign environment, recommendations were proposed to streamline social responsibility on the domestic scene.
