Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit postavení daně z nemovitých věcí a její vliv na rozpočet statutárního města Třince. V teoretické části bude vysvětlen pojem obec, rozpočet, daň z nemovitostí dle zákona č. 338/1992 Sb., o dani z nemovitých věcí, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, a dále bude charakterizováno statutární město Třinec a jeho rozpočet. Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the position of the real estate tax and its impact on the budget of the statutory city of Třinec. In the theoretical part the concept of municipality, budget, real estate tax according to Act No. 338/1992 Coll., on real estate tax, as amended, will be explained and the Statutory City of Třinec and its budget will be characterized.
