Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na komplexní rozbor práva na obhajobu v trestním řízení. Na počátku je znázorněn historický vývoj tohoto, z mého pohledu nejdůležitějšího práva osoby, proti které se vede trestní řízení. This thesis focuses on a comprehensive analysis of the rights of defense. In the beginning, there is the historical development of this, in my view, the most important right of the person, against whom the criminal procedure is conducted, illustrated.
