Diplomová práce se zabývá nepodmíněným trestním opatřením odnětí svobody a jeho výkonem. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení české právní úpravy s ohledem na efektivitu daného opatření. This thesis deals with the punitive measure of imprisonment and its execution. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the Czech legislation with regard to effectiveness of the punitive measure of imprisonment.
