Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce s názvem Analýza a návrh informačního systému pro výrobní firmu je, jak název napovídá analýza malé výrobní firmy jejíž závěry povedou k návrhu informačního systému (dále jen IS), který bude pro danou firmu nejvhodnější z vybraných možností. Teoretická část práce nejprve představí typ řízení, na který se bude odkazovat v praktické části. V další části představí analýzu PEST v rámci analýzy makrookolí a Porterův model 5 sil v rámci analýzy mikrookolí podniku. Pro prozkoumání vnitřního prostředí firmy představí SWOT analýzu. Praktická část začíná s třetí kapitolou, která se zabývá popisem společnosti, předmětem jejího podnikání, historií podniku, organizační strukturou firmy a následnými analýzami představenými v teoretické části. SWOT analýza je využita pro strategii rozvoje. Další kapitoly se zabývají představením jednotlivých dodavatelů a IS systémů, které nabízejí, na něž navazuje shrnutí a porovnání jejich vlastností. Závěrem této kapitoly je konečný výběr IS, který bude pro konkrétní výrobní podnik nejvhodnější. Hlavní přínos této bakalářské práce je přednostně pro majitele výrobní firmy. Každopádně autor bakalářská práce předpokládá, že porovnání nabízených systémů, které rámcově reprezentují řešení typové, na míru, či jejich kombinaci, může pomoci i jiným malým firmám při rozhodování výběru jejich IS.

Abstract:

The main objective of this bachelor thesis entitled Analysis and suggestion of an information system for a manufacturing company is, as the title suggests, the analysis of a small manufacturing company whose conclusions will lead to the suggestion of an information system (hereinafter referred to as IS) that will be the most suitable for the company from the selected options. The theoretical part of the thesis will first introduce the type of production control that will be referred to in the practical part. The next section will introduce the PEST analysis within the macroenvironment analysis and Porter's 5 forces model within the microenvironment analysis of the firm. To explore the internal environment of the firm, it will introduce SWOT analysis. The practical part starts with the third chapter, which deals with the description of the company, its object of business, the history of the company, the organizational structure of the company and the subsequent analyses presented in the theoretical part. The SWOT analysis is used for the development strategy. The next chapters introduce each supplier and the IS systems they offer, followed by a summary and comparison of their features. This chapter concludes with the final selection of the IS that will be most suitable for a particular manufacturing enterprise. The main contribution of this bachelor thesis is preferably for the owner of a manufacturing company. In any case, the author of the bachelor thesis assumes that the comparison of the offered systems, which framework represents a type solution, a customized solution, or a combination of them, can help other small companies in their IS selection decision.
