Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vyuţití aktivizačních činností v rámci individuálního plánování. Teoretická východiska této práce zahrnují problematiku stáří a stárnutí, zdravotního stavu seniorů, obsahují popis aktivizačních činností, které jsou aplikovány v domovech pro seniory, sociální sluţby, které jsou zaměřené na seniory a rovněţ individuální plánování. Výzkumná část práce se zaměřuje na metodologii výzkumu, analýzu získaných dat od respondentů a na interpretaci výsledku výzkumu.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on usage of activities in terms of individual planning. The theoretical bases of this thesis cover up the issue of the old age and aging, health condition of seniors. The theoretical bases of this thesis include also activation activities, which are applied in retirement home, social services, which are focused on seniors, and also individual planning. The practical part of this thesis focused methodology of research, analyzes gathered data from respondents and results of the research.
