Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stresu v učitelsképrofesi. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Cílemteoretické části je objasnit pojem stres, definovat příčiny vznikustresu, popsat specifika stresoru u učitelů a to jak se stres projevuje. Teoretická část je ukončena způsoby pro překonávání stresu. V praktické části je pomocí dotazníku zjišťováno, jak moc jsou učitelé na třech konkrétních školách stresováni, co jsou jejich hlavní stresory a jaká opatření učitelé provádějí pro prevenci stresu. Z tohoto ošetření jsou vyvozeny závěry a z nich navrženy doporučení pro zmírnění výskytu stresových situací.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is stress in the teachers´profession. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practicalpart. The theoretical part aims at the clarification of the conceptof stress, the definition of the causes of stress, the descriptionof the specifics of the causes of stress with teachers and manifestations of stress. The theoretical part is concluded by the analysis of the ways to overcome stress. The practical part attempts to find out, with the help of questionnaire, to what extent teachers at three different schools are subject to stress, what the main causes of stress are and what measures the teachers take as stress prevention. Conclusions are made on the basis of these findings and suggestions are made for the reduction of the number of stress situations.
