Intercultural communication profit sector banking, as an integral part of tourism
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou interkulturní komunikace uvnitř nejmenované bankovní skupiny a implementováním IT standardů stanovené mateřskou společností. Cílem je prozkoumat interkulturní rozdíly v oblasti komunikace a zefektivnit proces dodržování a implementování IT standardů. Výsledkem této diplomové práce je soubor doporučení, která mohou být aplikovány v korporátní praxi.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on analyse of intercultural communication in unnamed banking group and implementation of IT standards established by mother company. The main goal is to explore intercultural differences in communication and streamline the processes of compliance and implementation of IT standards.
