The implementation of the new program of Junak

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá realizací nového programu Junáka (český skaut) ve skautských oddílech po celé České republice. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou shrnuty poznatky zakladatelů skautského hnutí a nového výchovného programu Junáka. Ve výzkumné části práce je zjišťováno, které prostředky tohoto programu se podařilo realizovat v jednotlivých oddílech a jak jsou tyto prostředky přínosné pro výchovné působení. Bylo zde také zjišťováno, kterou cestou by se měl nový program Junáka dále ubírat. Výzkum prokázal, že většina prostředků nového programu je ve skautských oddílech víceméně realizována a tyto prvky rovněž pomáhají vedoucím oddílu zaměřit se na výchovnou stránku programu. Z výzkumu však vyšlo najevo, že je potřeba mnohé prostředky upravit a že organizace Junák by se měla primárně zaměřit na podporu skautských vedoucích a na výchovnou a morální stránku programu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the implementation of The New Program of Junák (Czech scout) in scout sections throughout the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part of the thesis there is summarized the findings of the founders of the Scout Movement and The New Program of Junák. In the research part of the thesis there is found which means of the program were realized in each section and how these means are beneficial for educational activities. There is also examined which way should The New Program of Junák go. The research has proved that most means of the new program is more or less realized in the scout sections and these elements also help the leaders of the scout sections to focus on the educational aspects of the program. From the research, however, emerged that there is a need to modify many means and that The Organization of Junák should primarily focus on supporting scoutmasters and on the educational and moral aspects of the program.
