Powers, Duties and Responsibilities of the Commander in the Integrated Rescue System
Abstract:
Cílem mé bakalářské práce je v obecných rysech charakterizovat integrovaný záchranný systém a jeho složky včetně příslušné právní úpravy a podrobněji poté přiblížit činnost velitele zásahu v rámci integrovaného záchranného systému při vzniku mimořádných událostí jako takovou, včetně jeho pravomocí, povinností a příp. odpovědnosti.
Abstract:
The aim of my bachelor thesis is to provide general characteristics of the integrated rescue system and its units including the applicable legislation and characterize in more detail the activity of the commander of operation in case of extraordinary events within the integrated rescue system, including his powers, duties and responsibilities.
