Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám procesními právy rodiče v řízeních ve věcech nezletilého dítěte. V centru této práce přitom je právo na spravedlivý proces. Má práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části definuji veškeré teoretické pojmy související s daným tématem. My bachelor thesis deals with the procedural rights of parent in the children proceedings. The main focus lies hereby in the right to a fair trial. My work is divided into two parts. In the first part I define all theoretical concepts related to the given topic. In the second part I will point out the application of the procedural rights of the parent in proceedings.
