Proposals for Improving the Cultural Area and Tourism of the Town of Holešov

Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o zlepšení kulturní oblasti a cestovního ruchu města Holešova s cílem rozvoje kulturní oblasti a cestovního ruchu. Teoretická část byla řešena pomocí metody literární rešerše, zde byl charakterizován regionální rozvoj a regionální politika EU, zhodnocení kulturního dědictví a cestovního ruchu. V praktické části v rámci šetření bylo použito socioekonomické analýzy města Holešov, analýzy kulturního prostředí, cestovního ruchu a propagace města Holešov. Dále byla provedena technika šetření formou dotazníku. Cílem tohoto dotazníkového šetření bylo zjistit, jestli by byl zájem o další společenské akce v Holešově, po případě jaké a také ohodnotit společenské akce v Holešově. Šetření bylo doplněno o rozhovory s aktéry z kulturní oblasti a cestovního ruchu. Závěr práce obsahuje na základě zjištěných poznatků návrhy projektů, které by měly zlepšit kulturní oblast a cestovní ruch města Holešov.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the improvement of the cultural area and tourism of the town of Holešov with the aim of the development of the cultural area and tourism. The theoretical part was solved using the method of literary research, here was characterized by regional development and EU regional policy, cultural heritage appreciation and tourism. In the practical part of the survey, socio-economic analysis of the city of Holešov, analysis of the cultural environment, tourism and promotion of the city of Holešov were used. An exploratory survey in the form of a questionnaire was also carried out. The aim of this questionnaire survey was to find out if there would be interest in other social events in Holešov, after which and also to evaluate social events in Holešov. The survey was supplemented by interviews with actors in the field of culture and tourism. The conclusion of the thesis contains, based on the findings, project proposals that should improve the cultural area and tourism of the city of Holešov.
