Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zaměstnáváním zdravotně postižených osob. Jejím cílem je analyzovat hlavní překážky v jejich zaměstnávání. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy související se zpracovávanou oblastí, popisuje legislativní prostředí zaměstnávání hendikepovaných občanů v ČR a upozorňuje na význam práce v životě zdravotně postižených lidí. V praktické části je představena Agentura PANCÉŘ s.r.o., jejíž podnikatelský problém tato práce řeší. Na základě uvedených poznatků byla provedena analýza dokumentů, jejímž výstupem je formulace základních překážek v zaměstnávání osob se změněnou pracovní schopností, se kterými se potýká Agentura PANCÉŘ s.r.o., a návrh jejich řešení.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the employment of people with disabilities. The objective of this thesis is to analyze the main barriers to their employment. The theoretical part defines the basic terms related to the processing area, describes the legislative environment, employment of disabled people in the Czech Republic and the importance of employment in the lives of people with disabilities. In the practical part there is presented the PANCÉŘ company whose business problem this thesis deal with. These data were analyzed. Results of investigation defines the problems of the employment of people with disabilities and the suggestion, how to solve it.
