Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnávání žen po mateřské či rodičovské dovolené v České republice a jejich návratem na trh práce. Práce analyzuje konkrétní faktory, které ovlivňují zaměstnanost žen s malými dětmi v porovnání se Švédskem a Francií. This thesis deals with the issue of employment of women after maternity or parental leave in the Czech Republic and their return to the labour market. The thesis analyses the specific factors that affect the employment of women with small children in comparison with Sweden and France.
