Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vyloučení možnosti podat opravný prostředek z pohledu práva na spravedlivý proces. V práci je nejdřív vymezeno právo na spravedlivý proces. Následně jsou zde vybrána a popsána východiska z oblasti ústavního práva pro vyloučení prostředku nápravy. The bachelor thesis focuses on the Absence of the Possibility to Seek a Remedy within the Right to a Fair Trial. The thesis defines the right to a fair trial. Subsequently, the constitutional law background for the ab-sence of the possibility to seek a remedy is selected and described.
