Abstrakt Obecní policie má na starosti zajišťování veřejného pořádku a to zejména v souvislosti s řešením přestupků. Obecní policie funguje jako orgán obce, kterou byla zřízena. Strážníci při výkonu své pravomoci vystupují v postavení veřejného činitele a jsou v pracovním vztahu k obci. Každý je povinen uposlechnout výzvy zakročujícího strážníka. Abstract:
Abstract The Municipal police provides a public order, especially in things of penal offences. The Municipal police operates as an authority of a municipality, which has established the police. Constables are in position as a public agent and the municipality is their employer. Every one has to follow a prompt of a interrcurent constable. Every one can call a constable with a request of help.
