Abstract:
Práce se zabývá novými trendy v získávání zaměstnanců. Teoretická část definuje význam aplikace nových metod získávání zaměstnanců a zaměstnavatelského brandingu. The thesis deals with new trends in employee recruitment. The theoretical part defines the importance of application new methods of recruitment and employer branding.
