Leisuretime Activities of Adults

Abstract:

Hlavním tématem práce bylo zjistit, jaké volnočasové aktivity převládají u dospělých osob s odlišným druhem zaměstnání. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit skladbu, frekvenci a objem volnočasových aktivit u vybraných dospělých osob. Dále také zjistit pravidelně prováděné aktivity, jejich frekvenci a význam, jaký jim tito lidé přisuzují. Specifickou cílovou skupinou byli zaměstnanci firmy SUOB, s. r. o. vyrábějící obalové materiály a státní zaměstnanci Městského úřadu v Bystřici pod Hostýnem. Tato skupina se skládala z 20. zaměstnanců sedavého typu zaměstnání a 16. zaměstnanců fyzicky náročnějšího typu zaměstnání. Pro účely tohoto šetření jsem využila standardizovaného dotazníku COMPASS II (Rychtecký, 2006). Přínosem této práce je posouzení a porovnání využití volnočasových aktivit u zaměstnanců, kteří navštěvují odlišný typ zaměstnání a jestli tento důvod ovlivňuje a dopadá na jejich životní styl. Dále také jako přínos spatřujeme rozšíření poznatků v této dané oblasti.

Abstract:

The main theme of this bachelor thesis is find which leisure activities are more popular at adults who have a different types of employment. The aim of this bachelor thesis is determine the composition, frequenci and volume of leisure activities at selected adults. The other aim is to find out which are a regularly activities and frequenci and significance which adults ascrible to these activities. Main target groups were employees of SUOB, s. r. o, which deals with production of packaging materials. Compared to target group of government employees of department in Bystřice pod Hostýnem. This group is consist from 20 employees who has a sedentary job and from other 16 emploees who has a physically demanding job. For the purpose of this survey, I used the standardized questionnaire COMPASS II. The contribution od this beachor thesis is recognition and also comparsion of usage leisure activities by employees from different type od employment. And also to find out whether the type of the emploement may affect their life style. Furthermore we see a contribution in expanding knowladge in this domain.
