Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem vnitřního a vnějšího bezpečnostního prostředí a jeho vlivem na přípravu složek Integrovaného záchranného systému. V teoretické části je popsáno bezpečnostní prostředí a s ním spojené pojmy vnitřní a vnější bezpečnostní prostředí. Dále jsou zde vymezeny a analyzovány největší bezpečnostní hrozby pro ČR.
