Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce na téma Multimediální materiál pro učitele Zdravotní tělesné výchovy na 1. stupni základní školy je vytvoření multimediálního materiálu, který má sloužit nejen pedagogům, ale i rodičům žáků, kteří trpí některým z oslabení pohybového aparátu. Součástí multimediálního materiálu, tedy vytvořených webových stránek, budou fotografie cvičebních poloh a vhodných cvičení na oslabení pohybového aparátu s uvedením popisu. Uvedená cvičení by měla předcházet či alespoň pomoci ke zmírnění oslabení. Názorné ukázky budou zpracovány do videoprezentací. Praktické části předchází studium odborné literatury na dané téma. Obsahem teoretické části je význam pohybu, jeho definice a výzkumy, které jsou s pohybem spojeny. Dále druhy oslabení, držení těla a možnosti jeho diagnostiky, vymezení zdravotní tělesné výchovy (dále jen ZTV) charakteristika, cíle a úkoly, didaktické zásady, forma hodiny ZTV. V neposlední řadě bylo třeba charakterizovat děti mladšího školního věku a nutnost prevence ochrany jejich zdraví. Součástí závěru diplomové práce jsou doporučení pro praxi. Věřím, že vytvoření tohoto materiálu přispěje k většímu povědomí o ZTV a její prvky se stanou běžnou součástí hodin tělesné výchovy.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis on the topic of Multimedia material for teachers Health Physical Education at the first level of primary school is the creation of multimedia material that will not only serve the purpose of teachers, but also that of the parents of pupils who suffer from a debilitating diseases of the musculoskeletal system. Photographs with descriptions of exercise positions and exercises suitable for individual debilitating diseases will be part of the multimedia material, i.e. created websites. The exercises should prevent or at least help alleviate the debilitation. Demonstrations will be made into videopresentations. The practical part is preceded by studies of scientific literature on the topic. The theoretical part is about the importance of movement, its definition and researches associated with movement. It also covers different types of debilitating diseases, posture and ways to diagnose it, the definition of health and physical education (hereinafter referred to as HPE) - characteristics, objectives and tasks, didactic principles and the form of HPE classes. Finally, it was necessary to characterize primary school children and prevention for the protection of their health. The conclusion of the thesis includes recommendations for practice. I believe that the creation of this material will contribute to a greater awareness about HPE, and its elements will become a regular part of physical education classes.
