Kinship care from the point of view of child, applicant and social worker

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the kinship care in the Czech republic for its deeper understanding. Its aim is: ?To describe and compare the points of views of applicants (substitute parents), social worker and children in the kinship care? by the means of finding out vary experience of these three groups, describing of their real life, analysing of the similarities and differences between them and so deeper understanding of kinship care phenomenon. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and research. The theoretical part contains four chapters. The first chapter deals with the concept of family in its different meanings. Substitute care is analyzed in the second chapter. The third chapter discusses the present state in the substitute family care, and the fourth chapter is about the kinship care. The research part is divided into two chapters. This part describes a complex research methodology. The research results are summed up and discussed in the context of theoretical framework presented in the theoretical part.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou příbuzenské péče v České republice. Na tuto oblast jsme se zaměřili z důvodu jejího hlubšího pochopení. Cílem práce je: ?Popsat a komparovat pohledy žadatelů (náhradních rodičů), sociálního pracovníka a dětí na příbuzenskou péči.? Tímto zjistíme různé zkušenosti těchto tří skupin lidí a popíšeme jejich skutečný život. Následně analyzujeme podobnosti a rozdíly mezi nimi. Práce se dělí na dvě části: teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická má čtyři kapitoly. První se zabývá pojmem rodina v různém slova smyslu. Bližší informace o náhradní péči přináší kapitola č. 2. Třetí kapitola informuje o současnosti v náhradní rodinné péči, čtvrtá rozebírá příbuzenskou péči. Pokračujeme výzkumnou části rozdělenou na dvě kapitoly. V téhle části přinášíme odpověď na cíl naší práce. Tato část obsahuje komplexní výzkumnou metodologii, kterou jsme dosahovali tento cíl. Výzkumnou část ukončujeme shrnutím výzkumu a diskusí, kde propojujeme výsledky výzkumu s odbornou literaturou.
