Survey of passengers contentment with public transport in České Budějovice

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku spokojenosti cestujících s MHD v Českých Budějovicích. V rámci zpracování tématu jde o teoretické vymezení problematiky průzkumu spokojenosti cestujících. V analytické části bakalářské práce je realizováno dotazníkové šetření, jehož respondenti jsou cestující využívající MHD v Českých Budějovicích. Na základě výsledků z analytické části je navrhnuto opatření ke zvýšení spokojenosti cestujících s MHD v Českých Budějovicích.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis describes a research focused on passengers' level of contentment with the public transport in České Budějovice. The topic consists of theoretical demarcation of the research and a questionnaire. The analytical part of the bachelor thesis describes the results of the questionnaire answered by passengers using the services of the public transport in České Budějovice. Based on the results of the analytical part a solution is proposed to increase the passengers' satisfaction with the public transport in České Budějovice.
