Social Climate in a School Class

Abstract:

Diplomová práce nesoucí název "Sociální klima ve školní třídě" se zabývá problematikou tzv. skrytého kurikula. Vedle obsahu výuky je během vzdělávání významné se také zaměřit na oblast klimatickou. Teoretická část diplomové práce se skládá ze základní terminologie, objasnění školního a třídního klimatu a také činitelů podílejících se na třídním klimatu. Dále je zde znázorněno vývojové období adolescence. Empirická část je orientována kvantitativním směrem. K výzkumnému šetření byl použit dotazník Classrom Enviroment Scale (CES), který byl upraven Janem Laškem. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, jak vnímají třídní klima žáci Střední zdravotnické školy v Ostravě napříč ročníky.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis "Social climate in the classroom" deals with an issue of the so-called hidden curriculum. It is important during the education to focus not just on the teaching content, but also on the climate in the classroom. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis consists of the basic terminology, explanation of school and classroom climates and also focuses on factors involved in the classroom climate. It also describes the development period of adolescence. The empirical part is oriented in a quantitative direction. The Classroom Environment Scale (CES) questionnaire modified by Jan Lašek was used for the research survey. The main goal was to find out how the pupils of the Secondary Medical School in Ostrava perceive the classroom climate across the grades.
