Práce je zaměřena na systém náhradní rodinné péče a možnost přímé adopce v České republice. Obsahuje dvě hlavní části. The thesis focuses on the foster care system and a possibility of open adoption in Czech Republic. It contains two main parts. The theoretic part deals to foster care system, process with applicants and legislative framework.
