Abstract:

Hlavním cílem předkládané diplomové práce je na základě analýzy článků zaměřených na sociální práci s rodinou a sociálně právní ochranu dětí vydaných v období mezi lety 2013-2022 zjistit, zda autoři v časopise British Journal of Social Work, reflektují proměny společnosti v souvislosti s modernizačními procesy, které významným způsobem ovlivňují sociální práci s rodinou. Teoretickým východiskem je teorie modernizace vymezující znaky související s proměnami společnosti. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Ve výzkumné části práce jsem zvolila metodu kvantitativní obsahové analýzy. Analyzovány byly články v časopise British Journal of Social work zabývající se sociální prací s rodinou, nebo sociálně právní ochranou dětí mezi lety 2013-2022. V rámci výsledků kvantitativní obsahové analýzy bylo zjištěno, že z celkového počtu 1445 článků publikovaných mezi lety 2013-2022 se 124 článků týkalo daného tématu a 58 autorů reflektovalo některé z proměn společnosti, jež souvisí s modernizačními procesy. Nejdiskutovanějším problémem byla neoliberalizace a individualizace

Abstract:

The main aim of this thesis is to analyse the articles on social work with families and child protection published between 2013 and 2022 to see whether the authors in the British Journal of Social Work reflect the changes in society in the context of modernisation processes that significantly affect social work with families. The theoretical starting point is modernisation theory, which identifies features associated with societal change. The thesis is divided into theoretical and research parts. In the research part of the thesis, I chose the method of quantitative content analysis. Articles in the British Journal of Social Work dealing with social work with families or social and legal protection of children between 2013-2022 were analysed. The results of the quantitative content analysis revealed that out of the total number of 1445 articles published between 2013-2022, 124 articles were related to the topic and 58 authors reflected on some of the changes in society related to modernisation processes. The most discussed issues were neoliberalisation and individualisation.
