Abstract:

Název diplomové práce: Dovednosti v posouzení životní situace zanedbaného dítěte Základní text obsahuje 21 897 slov Tématem této práce jsou dovednosti, které uplatňují pracovníci sociálně právní ochrany dětí při posouzení životní situace dítěte. Zajímám se o to, jaké dovednosti pracovníci uplatňují při procesu posouzení. Hlavní výzkumná otázka tedy zní: Jaké dovednosti uplatňují pracovníci sociálně právní ochrany dětí v procesu posouzení životní situace zanedbávaného/týraného dítěte, jehož výsledkem bylo podání návrhu na odebrání dítěte z rodiny? V kapitole první je popsán právní rámec sociálně právní ochrany dítěte, v druhé kapitole je vymezen pojem týraného a zanedbávaného dítěte. Ve třetí části práce jsou pak vymezeny jednak dovednosti pracovníků v procesu posouzení a jednak je také popsán pojem posouzení. Ve čtvrté kapitole je vymezena metodika výzkumu, technika sběru dat a je popsán průběh sběru dat kvalitativního výzkumu. V další části jsou pak zjištěné informace prezentovány a analyzovány. V závěru jsou pak shrnuty nejdůležitější výsledky a jsou a je zmíněno čemu je možnost se hlouběji věnovat.

Title of thesis: Skills in the life situation judgement of neglected child The basic text contains 21 897 words The target topic of the work is skills applied by the social-legal workers for protection of the children while a child life-time situation is judged. I am interested in skills of the workers applied during the judgment proceedings. The main research question is raised: What skills are applied by the children’s protection social-law workers within the judgment of the life situation proceeding of the neglected/tortured child which resulted the withdraw proposal from its family? The first chapter describes a law framework of the social-legal child protection; the second chapter identifies the conception of tortured and disregarded child. The third part of the work expresses the limitations of worker’s skills within the judgment proceedings and clarification of the judgment expression. The fourth chapter draws the research methodic, the data collection technique plus coursing of the research quality data research. In next part you can find presentation and analyses of found information. The summary of all most important results is made in conclusion and given possibilities of deeper dedication is provided.
