Use of marketing communication tools in the practice of B2B company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o konkrétních nástrojích marketingového mixu firmy VEIDEC s.r.o., která se pohybuje na trhu B2B v oblasti průmyslové chemie, a způsobech, jak tyto nástroje využívá. První část práce obsahuje teoretický úvod do problematiky marketingové komunikace na trhu B2B a nástrojů komunikačního mixu. Druhá část práce se věnuje analýze marketingových nástrojů firmy VEIDEC s.r.o. a provádí kvalitativní výzkum, který odhaluje, jak firma tyto nástroje na cílovém trhu využívá a kde je potenciál pro zlepšení jejich využití. V poslední kapitole autor na základě teoretických východisek, analýzy a výzkumu navrhuje tři klíčová opatření, která mohou vést ke zlepšení marketingové komunikace. Navrhovaná opatření by měla firmě pomoci lépe cílit na své potenciální zákazníky, zvýšit frekvenci, s jakou zákazník přichází do kontaktu se značkou VEIDEC a docílit efektivnější prezentace ekologicky zaměřené produktové řady.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with specific tools of the marketing mix of the company VEIDEC s.r.o., which operates on the B2B market in the field of industrial chemistry, and ways of using these tools. The first part of the thesis contains a theoretical introduction to the issue of marketing communication in the B2B market and communication mix tools. The second part deals with the analysis of marketing tools of VEIDEC s.r.o. and conducts qualitative research that reveals how the company uses these tools in the target market and where there is potential for improving their use. In the last chapter, based on theoretical basis, analysis and research, the author proposes three key measures that can lead to improved marketing communication. The proposed measures should help the company better target its potential customers, increase the frequency with which the customer comes into contact with the VEIDEC brand and achieve more effective presentations of an environmentally oriented product line.
