The safety assurance of public spaces within the area of state services

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zajištění bezpečnosti veřejných prostor v oblasti služeb státu s podrobnějším zaměřením na základní školy. Cílem práce je definovat veřejný prostor v oblasti poskytování základních služeb státu s podrobnějším zaměřením na základní školy a na základě případových studií u vybraných základních škol provést analýzu zajištění bezpečnosti. V teoretické části je definován veřejný prostor, služby státu a bezpečnost. Praktická část analyzuje současný stav bezpečnostních opatření ve vybraných základních školách a navrhuje opatření vedoucí k zajištění bezpečnosti jak organizace, zaměstnanců, tak jejich žáků.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the subject of ensuring the safety of public spaces in the area of state services, with a specific focus on primary schools. The thesis aims to define public space in the context of providing basic state services, with a detailed focus on primary schools. Based on case studies of selected primary schools, an analysis of security will be performed. The theoretical part of the thesis defines public space, state services, and security. In the practical part, the current state of security measures in selected primary schools will be analysed, and measures leading to ensuring the safety of the organization, employees, and pupils will be proposed.
