Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Locus of control ve vztahu k volnému času v rodině žáků II. stupně ZŠ se zabývá poněkud opomíjeným aspektem volného času dospívající populace, kterým je locus of control. Teoretická část této práce nejprve objasňuje samotný koncept locus of control, načež se věnuje charakteristice období adolescence a problematice rodiny ve volném čase a volného času v rodině. V empirické části je nejprve vysvětlena metodika provedeného výzkumu. Poté jsou prezentovány jeho výsledky, které byly získány na základě sběru dat uskutečněného se 178 žáky II. stupně základní školy za využití modifikovaného dotazníku IE-4 ke zjištění úrovně locus of control v tomto výběrovém souboru a k ověření čtyři hypotéz, které se týkaly existence vztahu úrovně locus of control a čtyř vybraných charakteristik respondentů - jejich pohlaví, věku, počtu sourozenců a velikosti sídla s navštěvovanou základní školou. Tyto výsledky jsou posléze diskutovány a jsou využity pro formulaci některých doporučení k utváření locus of control ve volném čase.

Abstract:

The master thesis on Locus of control in relation to leisure in the family of primary school students deals with a somewhat neglected aspect of leisure time in the adolescent population, which is the locus of control. The theoretical part of this thesis first explains the concept of locus of control itself, after which it discusses the characteristics of the period of adolescence and the issue of family leisure and family leisure. The empirical part first explains the methodology of the research conducted. Then, its results are presented, which were obtained through data collection carried out with 178 primary school pupils of the second grade using a modified IE-4 questionnaire to determine the level of locus of control in this sample and to test four hypotheses concerning the existence of a relationship between the level of locus of control and four selected characteristics of the respondents - their gender, age, number of siblings and the size of the settlement with the primary school attended. These results are subsequently discussed and are used to formulate some recommendations for shaping locus of control in leisure.
