Influence of exigent work profession type on experiencing mental stres and resistance to that.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce bude zpracována do dvou částí, a to teoretické a výzkumné. Teoretická část práce bude věnována charakteristice integrovaného záchranného systému, problematice psychické zátěže při práci, vztahu člověka k práci, dále také problematice odolnosti vůči psychické zátěži, psychologii práce, náročným životním situacím a dalším pojmům vztahujícím se k danému tématu. Cílem práce bude zjistit, zda se liší míra prožívání psychické zátěže a odolnost vůči ní u různých skupin respondentů pracujících u integrovaného záchranného systému - konkrétně osob pracujících u Hasičského záchranného sboru, u Policie České republiky a u Zdravotnické záchranné služby. V souladu se stanoveným cílem práce se budeme zabývat problémem, zda existuje významný rozdíl v míře prožívání psychické zátěže a v míře neuroticismu u osob z jednotlivých náročných pracovních pozic. Výzkum bude obsahovat závislé a nezávislé proměnné. Závisle proměnnou je v našem případě míra prožívání psychické zátěže a míra neuroticismu při práci. Nezávisle proměnné představuje práce u jednotlivých složek integrovaného záchranného systému a také délka výkonu povolání. Předpokládáme, že jako metodu sběru dat použijeme standardizované psychologické dotazníky. Bude se jednat o kvantitativní výzkum.

Abstract:

The thesis will be processed into two parts, theoretical and research. The theoretical part will be devoted to the characteristics of the integrated rescue system, the issue of mental stress at work, the relationship of man to work, as well as the issue of resistance to mental stress, work psychology, difficult life situations and other concepts related to the topic. The aim of this work will be to find out whether the level of experiencing psychological stress and resistance to it differs in different groups of respondents working in the integrated rescue system - specifically persons working at the Fire Rescue Service, the Czech Police and the Emergency Medical Service. In accordance with the stated objective of the thesis, we will address the problem of whether there is a significant difference in the level of experiencing psychological stress and in the degree of neuroticism in persons from individual demanding work positions. The research will include dependent and independent variables. Dependent variable in our case is the level of experiencing psychological stress and the rate of neuroticism at work. Independent variables are the work of the individual components of the Integrated Rescue System and the length of the occupation. We expect to use standardized psychological questionnaires as a method of data collection. It will be quantitative research.
