Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na posouzení CRM systému v malém podniku. Toto posouzení probíhalo v odborném velkoobchodě VTP, s. r. o., v Lipníku nad Bečvou. The Bachelor thesis is focused on analysising the CRM system in a small compeny. This analysis was made for specialised wholesale company VTP, s.r.o. in Lipnik nad Becvou.
