Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou řízení lidských zdrojů, konkrétně analyzuje její klíčové procesy. Nejprve jsou vymezeny teoretické pojmy, které se k dané problematice vztahují. This work deals with human resource management, specifically analyzes its key processes. First they defined theoretical concepts that relate to this issue. In the practical part they are characterized by the activities of human resources management company Mars Czech Republic, Ltd. followed by an analysis of only those key arising from granted interviews.
