Informedness of high students about principles of a correct nutrition\nl{}

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma informovanost středoškoláků o zásadách zdravé výživy se zabývá výhradně informovaností nebo-li znalostí adolescentů. Zjišťování jsem prováděla formou anonymního dotazníkového šetření. Hodnotila jsem jak informovanost všech středoškoláků, tak případné rozdíly v informovanosti mezi chlapci a děvčaty. Výsledky ukázaly, že na většinu otázek dokázali adolescenti odpovědět správně. Ženy jsou na tom ve znalostech zásad zdravé výživy lépe než muži. Tato práce pojednává rovněž o tom, co se rozumí zdravým životním stylem, co jsou složky potravy, co se myslí obdobím adolescence a následná doporučení pro stravování adolescentů. Výsledky, návrhy a závěr jsou součástí práce. Použitá literatura a přílohy jsou řazeny na konec této práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis dealing with knowledge of high school students on the principles of a healthy nutrition focuses exclusively on awareness or knowledge of adolescents. The survey I conducted by means of an anonymous questionnaire. I evaluated knowledge of high school students as well as any differences in awareness between boys and girls. The results revealed that most adolescents were able to answer questions correctly. Women are better knowledge about the principles of healthy nutrition than men. This thesis is also about what constitutes a healthy lifestyle, what are food components, what is meant by the period of adolescence and subsequent recommendations for nutrition of adolescents. Results, suggestions and conclusions are part of the thesis. References and attachments are listed at the end of this work.
