Track and Field Training of Children in Primary School Age

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá atletickou přípravou dětí mladšího školního věku. Hlavním cílem práce bylo navrhnout a ověřit plán atletické přípravy pro skupinu dětí mladšího školního věku. V teoretické části je charakterizován mladší školní věk, jsou popsána specifika sportovního tréninku se zaměřením na atletiku a jsou představeny jednotlivé atletické disciplíny modifikovány pro určenou věkovou kategorii. Praktická část obsahuje návrh plánu atletické přípravy a také úroveň motorické výkonnosti zvolených atletických disciplín. Hlavní výzkumnou metodou byla komparace a logická analýza výsledku šetření.

Abstract:

The topic of this disertation is track and field training in primary school children. The main aim of this work was to design and test track and field Training plan for key stage two so Children between the age of seven and eleven that practise Athletics within sports organization setting. The theoretical part describes the younger children group. Furthermore, specifics of Athletics Training and introduction of individually modified Training programmes in the filed of Athletics for given age group are outlined. Practical part explores track and field Training proposal as well as level of motor ability in Children in chosen athletics' field. The main research method used was comparison and logical analysis.
