Po uvedení do problematiky obecného nařízení GDPR a jeho implementace do českého právního řádu, se práce věnuje ekonomickým, personálním a právním dopadům na provoz advokátní kanceláře a povinnostem advokátů plynoucích z tohoto nařízení.
