Company culture and human resources in the organization
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá firemní kulturou a její provázaností s řízením lidských zdrojů v organizaci. Pozornost je dále věnována hodnocení pracovního výkonu a motivaci zaměstnanců. Praktická část se zabývá firemní kulturou vybrané společnosti a potvrzuje důleţitost jejího formování a rozvíjení.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the corporate culture and its cohesion with the management of human resources in the organization. Attention is also given to evaluation of work performance and staff motivation. The practical part is aimed at the corporate culture of a specific company and demonstrates the importance of its formation and development.
