Family Arrangement after Divorce

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je porozvodové uspořádání rodiny, proto jsou nejdříve vymezeny pojmy rodina, rozvod, poradenství a jejich další klasifikace. Práce je zaměřena na formy porozvodové péče o děti, ať už se jedná o výhradní péči jednoho rodiče, výchovu střídavou či společnou. Pozornost je dále věnována prožívání a chování dítěte po rozvodu rodičů, vyrovnávání se s rozpadem rodiny samotných manželů nebo porozvodovým kontaktům. V práci se vychází z toho, že děti jsou zpravidla svěřeny matce a otci je styk s nimi upraven, což se týká i jeho rodičů. Uvedeny jsou rovněž statistické údaje týkající se počtu rozvodů od roku 2003 v České republice a v Rakousku a dále počty dětí svěřených po rozvodu do péče matce, otci nebo do výchovy společné a střídavé, a to v celé České republice a zvlášť v okrese Vsetín. Cílem předložené práce je tedy sestavit přehled možností, jak může rodina fungovat po rozvodu a co jí naopak bezproblémový chod znesnadňuje.

Abstract:

The subject of my bachelor work is the adjustment of the family after the divorce. That is why definitions as family, divorce, counselling are defined here. The work is focused on types of after divorce careof children ? sole care of an only parent, alternating care or common care. The attention is then paid to the life and behaviour of children after their parent`s divorce, how husband and wife settle up with breaking up of the family or after divorce contacts. Children are usually intrusted to their mother a father`s contact is adapted which is the same as with his parents. There are also shown data about the amount of divorces since 2003 in the Czech republic or in Austria then the amount of chiíldren intrusted after the divorce to mother, father or to the common or alternate care namely in the whole Czech republic and in the region Vsetín. The aim of the work is to put together a list of possibilities how a family can work after the divorce and what si difficult to deal with.
