Abstract:

Zjištění práce dokazují, že efektivita podnikatelských aktivit společností je v současnosti podmíněna především integrací inovací do obchodních procesů. Mezi aktuálními trendy hrají obzvláště důležitou roli online a digitální technologie. Pomocí online kanálů mohou společnosti provádět své marketingové aktivity se zlepšenými výsledky, dosahovat lepšího šíření svých marketingových sdělení mezi cílovými zákazníky a zvyšovat tak jejich výkonnost. Příklad PwC Rusko, regionální pobočky PwC, jedné z největších auditorských společností na světě, svědčí o tom, že efektivní komunikace a řízení značky v on-line sociálních sítích jsou důležitým předpokladem úspěšnosti podnikání dnes. S využitím příležitostí nabízených sociálními platformami je společnost schopna podpořit pozitivní image své značky, komunikovat se svými zákazníky, provozovat reklamní a propagační aktivity a provádět nábor.

Abstract:

The findings of the thesis testify that today, the effectiveness of companies’ business activities is preconditioned largely by the integration of innovations in their business processes. Among the up-to-date trends, a particularly important role is played by online and digital technologies. Using online channels, companies can perform their marketing activities with improved results, achieving better spreading of their marketing messages among target customers and thus boosting their performance. The example of PwC Russia, a regional branch of PwC, one of the world’s major audit firms, testifies that effective communication and brand management in online social networks is an important precondition of business successfulness today. Using the opportunities offered by social platforms, the company is able to support a positive image of its brand, communicate with its customers, run advertising and promotion activities, and perform recruitment.
