Abstract:

Tato práce obsahuje úvod, pět hlavních odstavců a závěr. Práce obsahuje I osobní zkušenosti v běžném životě člověka a přiblížení funkce v praxi.Tato práce měla za cíl analýzu druhů komunikace v organizaci, spolu s asertivitou a asertivním chováním. Dále je zde zahrnuto taky seznam používaných zdrojů v práci i praxi .

Abstract:

This work contains an introduction, five main paragraphs and a conclusion. The work also contains personal experience in everyday life and an approach to the function in practice. This work aimed to analyze the types of communication in the organization, along with assertiveness and assertive behavior. This work aims to bring closer the function and importance of communication and assertiveness in an organization. There is also a list of resources used in work and practice.
