Support nonprofit organizations through corporate philanthropy
Abstract:
Předložená práce je zaměřena na firemní filantropii, tedy na to, jak firmy podporují neziskový sektor. Cílem této práce je definovat firemní filantropii, její nástroje a postavení v konceptu společenské odpovědnosti firem. Dále analyzovat filantropické aktivity společnosti Tesco, zhodnotit tyto aktivity a formulovat případná doporučení.
Abstract:
This work is focused on corporate philanthropy, which means how companies support nonprofit organizations. The aim of this thesis is to define the corporate philanthropy, its instruments and position in the concept of corporate social responsibility. Then to analyze philanthropic activities of Tesco, to evaluate these activities and to formulate any recommendations.
