Corporate Social Responsibility of the selected company and its impact on the customer

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza konceptu společenské odpovědnosti společnosti Aspena, s.r.o. v kontextu stakeholderského přístupu. Cílem práce je realizovat analýzu současného stavu konceptu společenské odpovědnosti u zvolené společnosti. Na základě výsledků analýzy navrhnout manažerská doporučení zaměřená na zlepšení obsahu konceptu společenské odpovědnosti u zvolené společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na část teoreticko-metodologickou a část praktickou. Obsahem teoreticko-metodologické části práce je rešerše odborné literatury vztahující se k tématu. Metodická část práce popisuje způsob sběru, analýzy a interpretace empirických dat, cíl, výzkumné otázky a výzkumný vzorek. Zvolena byla kvantitativní forma primárního empirického výzkumu. Obsahem praktické části práce jsou charakteristika zvolené společnosti, interpretace výsledků primárního i sekundárního empirického výzkumu, diskuse výsledků a manažerská doporučení. Mezi nejvýznamnější zjištění lze zařadit absenci strategie konceptu společenské odpovědnosti u zvolené společnosti. Zjištěny byly nedostatky neumožňující zvolené společnosti dosáhnout úrovně trvalé udržitelnosti. V návaznosti na výsledky práce je doporučeno vytvoření strategie konceptu společenské odpovědnosti, zakomponování uvedeného konceptu do oblasti marketingové komunikace, vytvoření reportu konceptu společenské odpovědnosti. Dále je doporučena realizace revize současného věcného obsahu konceptu společenské odpovědnosti u zvolené společnosti.

Abstract:

The subject of the diploma thesis is the analysis of the concept of corporate social responsibility of Aspena, s.r.o. in the context of the stakeholder approach. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current content of the concept of corporate social responsibility of the selected company. Based on the results of the analysis, propose management recommendations aimed at improving the content of the concept of corporate social responsibility of the selected company. The thesis is divided into a theoretical-methodological part and a practical part. The content of the theoretical-methodological part of the thesis is a research of specialized literature related to the topic. The methodological part of the thesis describes the method of collectionof the research sample, analysis and interpretation of empirical data, main aim, research questions and research sample. A quantitative form of primary empirical research was selected. The practical part of the thesis describes the characteristics of the selected company, interpretation of the results of primary and secondary empirical research, discussion of results and managerial recommendations. One of the most important findings is the absence of a strategyfor the concept of corporate social responsibility of the selected company. Several weaknesses were identified that do not allow the selected company to reach a level of sustainability. Following the results of the work, it is recommended to create a strategy for the concept of corporate social responsibility, to incorporate the concept into the field of marketing communication and create a report on the concept of corporate social responsibility. Furthermore, it is recommended to carry out a revision of the current material content of the concept of corporate social responsibility of the selected company.
