Práce si klade za cíl analyzovat, jakým způsobem jsou ze strany příslušných státních orgánů České republiky naplňovány závazky na respektování vybraných základních práv a svobod člověka, obsažených v mezinárodním právu, a to zejména těch, které souvisí s ukončováním pobytu a vyhošťováním cizinců z území České republiky.
