Abstract:
Úvodní část poskytuje teoretický základ pro následující části s definicemi základních pojmů. Ve druhé části je popsána úprava dle zákona č. 40/1964 Sb., občanský zákoník, ve třetí části dle zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník.V další kapitole jsou komparovány obě tyto úpravy a v závěrečné části jsou obsaženy návrhy de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
The introductory part provides the theoretical basis for the next section with definitions of basic terms. The second part describes the adjustment pursuant to Act No. 40/1964 Coll., The Civil Code, in the third part under the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code.The next chapter compares both of these codes and the final section provides suggestions de lege ferenda aspects.
