Tématem této práce je analýza a porovnání českého kapitálového trhu s kapitálovými trhy v USA, Německu, Rakousku, Polsku a Maďarsku v periodě 1990 -- 2009. The theme of this work is to analyze and compare the Czech capital market with equity markets in the U.S., Germany, Austria, Poland and Hungary in the period 1990 - 2009. The main aim was to compare the development of the Prague Stock Exchange with exchanges of developed countries (U.S., Germany, Austria) and exchanges of the former centrally planned economies (Poland, Hungary).
