Bakalářská práce popisuje proces rozhodování o střídavé péči a roli OSPOD v tomto procesu. Vysvětluje tedy střídavou péči a proces rozhodování o této formě péče, včetně judikatury, která tento proces doplňuje a rozvíjí.
