Dizertační práce se zabývá distribučními procesy v půdách a na rozhraní půda/rostlina/vzduch se zaměřením na transport organických polutantů přes fázová rozhraní a jejich akumulaci v rostlinných tkáních. Úvodní kapitoly stručně diskutují procesy na jednotlivých rozhraních i to, jak jsou ovlivňovány fyzikálně chemickými vlastnostmi jednotlivých látek. The dissertation thesis is focused on processes affecting distribution and behavior of organic pollutants in soils and on the soil/plant/air interfaces with a special attention to their transport between the phases and accumulation in the plant tissues.
