Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem právní úpravy obnovy katastrálního operátu novým mapováním. V úvodu práce je provedeno shrnutí vývoje evidence nemovitostí na našem území. Navazující hlavní část práce je věnována obnově katastrálního operátu novým mapováním dle stávajících předpisů. V dalších kapitolách je probrána obnova dle předcházejících právních úprav. This thesis analyses the legal regulation of cadastral documentation renewal by new mapping. Introduction summarizes development of the real estate registry in our country.
