Diplomová práce se zabývá spoluprací týmů ZZS a zdravotnických zařízení. Poukazuje na možné problémy mezi zdravotnickým personálem při předávání pacienta ve zdravotnickém zařízení a na komunikační dovednosti mezi nimi.
