Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na spokojenost klientů s poskytovanými službami v domově pro seniory. Teoretická část je věnována vymezení pojmů stáří, stárnutí a spokojenosti. Dále pojednává o potřebách seniorů, zdravotní a sociální péči o seniory, kvalitě v sociálních službách a komunikaci se seniory. This bachelor thesis is focused on the satisfection of the clients with the service provided in the retirement home. The theoretic part is dedicated to the specification of the concepts of age, aging and satisfaction.
