Možnosti inovací firemního prostředí prostřednictvím využití CRM systémů

Abstract:
Tato práce shrnuje problematiku možností inovace CRM systému s ohledem na internet věcí. Zejména se práce věnuje analýze možností uplatnění CRM systémů na trh internetu věcí. Hlavním výstupem z této práce je vyhodnocení možnosti a zmapování přijmutí inovace CRM v oblasti internetu věcí napříč širokou veřejností i odborníky v oblasti poskytování systémů.

This thesis summarizes the issues of innovation possibilities of CRM system according to internet of things. In particular, the thesis deals with analysis of applying CRM systems on the market of internet of things possibilities.
